Personnel selection and retention is done strictly in line with the Company’s corporate objectives. The Company employs 375 staff at this time, and is looking to expand its workforce by 10 per cent annually.
Training Awareness and Competency
The Company is pro-active in running training programmes and seminars for staff to assist them in fulfilling their roles within the company.
The Aal Mir Group owns a couple of labour camps and Ewan Residences, both within DIP in proximity to it’s logistics centre, to accommodate junior and senior staff respectively.
